Certifications

The South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification has approved  Mr. Lad Howell and Mr. Gary Christmas as certified circuit court mediators to mediate cases in the State of South Carolina. This certification allows Mr. Howell and Mr. Christmas to mediate cases which assists in settling cases so that the cases do not have to go before a Judge. The certifications were signed by Honorable William L. Howard, Sr., Chair of Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Carol H. Sanders, Esquire, Chair of Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification.
 
 Gary Christmas was recently admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Mr. Christmas now can appear before in the Supreme Court of the United States of America on any case that may be appealed to the Nation’s highest court. The certificate was signed in June of 2011 by Mr. William K. Suter, the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States.
