Client Advocate

We want to ensure that our firm’s clients get the service and professionalism that we promise and they deserve. That is why we have Jenna Ross to act as our Client Advocate.

Her advocate duties include:

1. Responding to a client complaint within 24 hours.

2. Talking to any unhappy client that is not satisfied with the services being provided by our firm.

3. Taking steps to investigate and remedy a client concern.

4. Doing client surveys to make sure we providing top quality service to our clients.

5. Responding to client compliments of our attorneys and staff.

6. Providing client compliments and recognition to our attorneys and staff.

Jenna has direct access to both partners to address any complaints from our clients. Importantly, you should know that, in accordance with the code of ethics, she will keep confidential anything told to her about your case. Jenna can be reached at 877-849-4455.
